| | A two-storey private house for max. 9 persons in a private house area in
Pärnu. The sea and a smaller beach are 600 m away. Only a 6 min drive
to the centre, Good bus connection.
The two-storey holiday home consists of two parts (separate apartments
at either end of the house) which can be rented as one object. Both
parts have their own WC, shower, fully equipped kitchen. Price includes
8 beds (possibility of 2 additional beds (mattresses) for additional
fee.
I part:The lower floor of the apartment contains an open kitchen,
living room, a separate shower room and WC. Sleeping area is on the
open upper floor.
There are altogether 3+2 beds: 3 single beds on the upper floor and a
couch/bed on the lower floor. 1 aditional place, if needed (mattress,
additional fee).
TV. Fireplace. Washing machine.
II part:The lower floor of the apartment contains an open kitchen,
living room, a shower room+WC. Sleeping area is on the open upper
floor.
